"The staff were absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. I had severe food poisoning and my travel companion needed medical assistance. The cleaner was amazing, getting help and cleaning the room. We're both very grateful for the professionalism and support. In terms of the room, it was exactly as described. However, there is no fridge or kettle. A kettle would have been very welcome - something to consider?"
