"Had a great stay, only complaint was the tiny pool towels and when we asked for additional towels to shower, we were given the small pool towels. But the room was nice and clean. The staff were pleasant and parking area was easy and near the room we were assigned to. "
"Dominique at the front desk went above and beyond to take care of my family. Her service alone saved our stay- we booked a room through hotels.com for 5 people, and to our understanding, we would be staying in a room with 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed. This was not the case. Hotels.com did not properly list the accomodations at this property. As a result, the hotel staff was left to pick up the pieces. Fortunately, we were lucky and the outstanding staff and management quickly accommodated our needs. Super impressed with this team and will return solely because of the customer service we received! Will not be booking through hotels.com again...."

Can’t remember the names of others but they were the pool staff and did a fabulous job serving us food, drinks and keep the area clean and safe. Security staff was good at making sure hotel guests were only people permitted to the hotel. Thank you all!"
