"Room was clean and spacious. I like the walk in shower, that was a nice touch. Very centrally located and next door to the Mattel building, which is actually pretty cool. It’s nice to find a hotel that is pet friendly and reasonably priced. The staff is very nice and professional. Can’t beat those cookies either! "

"We stayed at Hotel Hermosa in their unique two-story room with the winding staircase, and overall, it was a great experience. My daughter and niece especially loved the separation of bedrooms—it gave everyone their own space and added a fun, loft-like vibe to the stay. The spiral staircase was definitely a cool feature and added to the room’s character, but it’s worth noting that the metal steps are a bit tricky. It’s easy to bump your head if you’re not careful. Just something to be mindful of. The hotel itself had a relaxed, beachy atmosphere, and the location is close to the Hermosa Beach Pier, restaurants and shops. We enjoyed that the location was very walkable. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. "
