The staff, no matter what time of day or night, were friendly and professional. Whatever questions you may have, they have the answers. The concierge in the lobby handled all our excursions and reservations right there and secured discounts on most of the tickets we purchased. If it were up to me, I'd give them all a raise in pay. The location is perfect; you are within walking distance of everywhere you may want to visit while in Savannah. "
