Beautiful hotel right in the historic area. The staff was amazing-friendly, very helpful, and fun to talk with. We had a very good meal in the hotel restaurant too.

They didn't clean my room (only found out at the end of the day, on my return). The bar and restaurant were closed on the the two nights that I was there, and was the main reason I had booked that hotel to begin with. The breakfast food was very mediocre, despite all of the rave reviews. Also, I had forgotten to give my $10.00 voucher with my bill. Upon remembering, about 5 minutes later, they were not so willing to accept it (I didn't want to push it, so came back the following day for another lousy breakfast)

This hotel is lovely. The lobby is beautiful and comfortable for sitting and having a cup of coffee. The hotel is conveniently located to the riverfront and to a free city shuttle bus that can take one to all the famous city squares. The staff at the front desk were all cheery and polite.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and on an amazing location. The staff at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful. The dining room was fabulous and we ate there almost every day. The only complaint was the housekeeping. It was very poorly done. The beds were made in a sloppy manner. Sometimes, glasses and cups were left and not replaced. Every day, we had to go and ask for coffee pods and milk which was supposed to be complimentary. In such a nice hotel, it is a shame. The first day itself we complained downstairs at the reception but nothing changed during our stay. Thank goodness the towels were changed and we were given shower gel!
