no gas
it was going well until we ran out of gas on the BBQ after 5 minutes of cooking. No spare bottle, we're expected to drive into town to get a replacement. not happy.

Even better than expected
This was the perfect beach holiday house for our two families, it had everything advertised and was much more modern, renovated, well equipped and bright than expected. We were especially impressed by the number of beautiful platters, serving plates and kitchenware in the house. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great location, great property, AMAZING views, great price
Upon first arrival it was FREEZING but the fire place warmed the whole upstairs super quickly and downstairs had a heater in every room which also warmed up fast. The bedrooms are a great size, the 2 x kitchens are amazing, there is a washing machine in the downstairs bathroom (which is also amazing). The place was just so lovely and for a group of friends all staying together with their families it was just perfect for us! Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful home with great owners. Property managers not the best.
The house was beautiful and the owners were fantastic. The property manager was rude and when we complained about a few issues (TVs werent working, no gas in BBQ and no cleaning cloths to keep place clean, the manager informed my husband they were "first world problems". Owners were amazing and came to resolve the issues straight away. The TV signal isn't great which wouldn't normally be an issue but we had 5 kids and the weather wasn't the best. The pool table was great though and kept them entertained. The views are amazing and the big balcony outside was definitely used. With two kitchens and living spaces it's great for families that want their space. Other than the property manager being rude and a couple of minor issues, the house is great and has a lot to offer.

Hi Chantelle, While we are happy you enjoyed your short stay, GORH does not condone aggressive & rude behavior from guests. TV not working was operator error. Instructions were supplied to you the day of arrival & an offer to visit and assist. GORH contacted the owners next day, who were very accommodating to your needs by driving an hour to their property to "fix" the TV. Gas supply to the BBQ along with toilet paper supply is the responsibility of the guest to supply as per our Terms & Conditions, agreed at the time of booking & noted within your check-in pack & property Compendium. We supplied you additionally with extra tea-towels, scourers etc. Thank you for your review. GORH Team Leader

Loved it!
The house was well presented, clean, and we had a fabulous time! It was perfect for our large family group. The deck and beautiful view, and spaciousness of the house made our stay really enjoyable. Also very well located.

Perfect Location
Great location. Walking distance to the breach. There was very bad odour in downstairs. Most-likely due to due to old carpets. Other than this it was perfect place for a beach loving holidaymakers
