Sitges Spaces Urban Comfort enjoys a fantastic location in the center of Sitges, right on the popular 'Calle San Francisco', one of the main pedestrian arteries running thru the center of town! The apartment is surrounded by all the popular boutique shops, cozy cafés and a wide selection of restaurants with the famous beaches of Sitges just footsteps away! The interior distribution of this newly renovated property (2024) is designed to optimize space, affording a very comfortable and charming appeal to the property! The decoration and attention to details is impeccable! It has more than 3 meter high ceilings with beautiful wooden beams running across giving it just the perfect 'touch'. It offers one spacious bedroom with a king size bed (that can alternatively be configured as two single beds if needed), and a small, cozy balcony with table and chairs to sit and enjoy a drink and some fresh air. There is also a second large bedroom with queen size bed. Both bedrooms with ample built-in closets and large exterior facing french-door windows with plenty of warm natural light, giving a bright and cheery atmosphere to the bedrooms. Despite being on the popular San Francisco street, the windows are well sound proofed affording proper acoustic insulation from the street to insure a good night´s rest!

The living / dining / kitchen space has an 'open-plan' layout offering plenty of space for relaxing and dining. The living room also has a large, comfortable sofa bed accommodating additional guests if necessary (bringing total capacity up to 5 people) when hosting family or friends for shorter-term stays and a beautiful, large dining room table. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to enjoy home-cooked meals during your stay. The bathroom is also extremely spacious, modern and tastefully decorated with large bathtub + shower.



Sitges Spaces Urban Comfort is a PERFECT accommodation for couples, friends and a small families looking for a central location in order to enjoy all of Sitges 'on foot' without sacrificing the comforts of a modern and tastefully decorated apartment! The property is equipped with all that is necessary to host longer term monthly rentals. Bed linen, towels, kitchenware, washing machine, vacuum cleaner and wifi are all available free of charge.

The apartment is fully equipped with central air conditioning and heating allowing a comfortable stay at any time of the year!





As this is a MONTHLY rental unit with special reduced long term prices, utilities (electric, water and gas) are NOT included in the published rental price and guests will be charged separately. A checkout clean will automatically be added to the final price. For stays of more than one month, cleaning service will be provided for each additional 30 day period at a charge of 95€ /service and must be paid by the guest. This monthly cleaning service is mandatory and meant to ensure that the apartment is always correctly cleaned and maintained. Pets are allowed (maximum one large dog or two small dogs/cats) for an additional charge of 150€/Pet/Month (maximum 300€/pet/stay). According to recent regulatory changes at the end of 2025 (Law 11/2025 of the Generalitat de Catalunya) this apartment can only be rented for reasons of Holidays/Vacations, Recreation and Leisure and guest will be required to sign a seasonal rental contract and subject to provide necessary documentation to ensure compliance. Guests will also be required to pay an additional security deposit (calculated based on the length of stay) which by law must be deposited with the Catalan Land Institute (Incasol) and will be returned within 30 days after departure. Guest will also be required to confirm that this is not their primary residence. We regret any inconvenience for this additional bureaucracy but compliance is mandatory by the Catalunya State Government.





The apartment is located on a second floor WITHOUT an elevator. The main hall and stair cases are wide and majestic allowing for a more relaxed and comfortable access!
