At breakfast they also provide live flute music - played by a blind individual. This empathy showed by the hotel administration should be advertised. The Hotel accepted and said we could cancel but need to do it online. Then there were multiple calls with Expedia and they did not refund the entire amount. This is my second bad experience with Expedia of late"
