Well, This whole experience was actually terrible, At the time of check in i was told about the VIP aminities offered but at the time of check out none was given. They has a promotion on at the spa on 3 hours mani/pedi and a massage. Let tell you i almost lost my fingers. the therapist was terrible . I lost my Huawei phone in the room, I checked out 2 days earlier, no refund. Complained to Expedia about my experience, They contacted the Hotel they sent a short email, basically saying too bad for you. There was no follow up or anything about my lost phone. The swimming pool is Kiddie pool and very small. I was just completely disappointed.There are better option available around for this over priced Hotel. I fell for the previous reviews, nothing was same but one thing they do have great cocktails, that's pretty much it.
