"Everyone stresses that you need to keep your doors shut because of the cheeky cockatoos, but no one mentioned to be careful leaving clothing on the balcony. A cockatoo too a bikini top from the drying rack and dropped it on the roof of the restaurant below. Luckily it was able to be retrieved. This should also be mentioned upon check-in as a lot of people were reporting lost clothing and the staff then said, oh yes, they are very cheeky."

"Beautiful appt. The view over Shute Harbour from the Balcony was wonderful. The location of the property is quite remote about 20 mins from Airlie by public transport. We didn’t have a car so used the bus. The stop was about 10 min walk from appt. Buses ran on time and were extremely cheap. If you like peace and quiet and waking up to stunning views every morning then this property is for you. We loved it and would definitely return. We stayed in Unit 4. Thank you for a wonderful stay for which we have the fondest memories and of course photos. "

"Beautiful, relaxing idyllic stay. Food was good. Staff were lovely. Pool was nice. Loved the setting and nature. The hammocks were a nice touch. Lots of activities. Bush walks were fun. Bedding etc was very clean. Room 15 was very musty so had to keep aircon on at all times. "
