Like they had his cool budget concept, but forgot to lower the price. ;) More of an Amsterdam Hostel vibe - which is fine if that's what you came for. For a similar price at other London hotels I had helpful staff jumping to assist with check-in, luggage, cabs and what to-do. Not so much here. I wasn't unhappy and would stay again if the price was right. It was new and clean. Breakfast was good but kind light on hot food for the price. "

"Staff were absolutely lovely, a big shout out the the guy that was on the desk all of our stay, he was great and very helpful. We were swapped rooms as there was an issue with one of the beds upon arrival which staff understood and accommodated. The room had everything we needed for a few nights, our coffee and tea was topped up and our bin emptied. Great location if you do not wish to be in central London and venture everywhere, transport is easily accessible too. We only had breakfast on our first morning as we thought it was full English breakfast but realised after arriving that it is an Italian breakfast which did not cater to the kids taste but that was our mistake and should have looked into it more as the photos of the full breakfast were old photos from a cafe that used to cater the breakfasts."
