"We stayed here for 5 days and loved the hotel. It felt very cozy and was super close to stores and restaurants. We used once the laundry machine which was super convenient inside our bedroom. Alao, breakfast super convenient. The best part was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff who really do an excellent job making the guests feel welcome. I’ll definitely will come back and stay here agin. "
"My partner and I stayed here for 12 nights. The deluxe non-smoking room was small but we made it work. It was clean and the staff was friendly. They spoke some English. We had an issue with our AC in the room and they could not fix it so they moved us to a standard room which was smaller but again, fulfilled our needs. And the refunded the difference. The best thing about the hotel is the location. We are right above a subway station which made transportation very simple. We were also close to Dotonbori, about a 15 minute walk. If we go back to Osaka, I would definitely stay at this hotel again."
"This hotel is in a great location in Osaka. It is a few blocks away from Dotonbori and provides access to the subway system through the basement. The restaurants upstairs are pricey but there are more reasonably priced options in the basement and through the subway stations. Spacious rooms and the staff are all friendly and helpful. Would return!"
