"One of the best secret hotel in Shinsaibashi area. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Location is unbeatable. Dotombori, Namba are easy to navigate (5 mins max in my pace). Close to metro and if you are fond of luxury department stores 2 mins max to Hermes then it is goes on and on; Gucci, Chanel etc. The breakfast is delicious and lots of options. The hotel is spotless and the room is very quiet and clean with enough space to move around. I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely come back in a couple of months. Thank you hotel the flag staff."
