"Great amenities, attentive staff, nice clean room with a very large and comfortable bed. Yes, it's a love hotel, but dont let that dissuade you. It is not a seedy establishment whatsoever"

"This property was one of the best we have stayed anywhere. Very quaint quiet all the amenities you could ask for even a free bar. This hotel exceeded our expectations "

"My wife and I stayed at Hotel Gracery during our recent trip to Tokyo. The service was excellent. The rooms were rather spacious and modern. The thing we liked most was the location. This hotel was in the center of it all. Waking distance to everything. The two things I did not like were the terrace to see Godzilla head was closed. I also didn’t like that there was no American television to watch during my stay. "
"Fantastic stay with family - 2 adults and a young child. The room (Premier Grand Suite twin) was spacious, very clean and comfortable with an amazing view over the city. It was very well sound proofed, as we were not disturbed by any external noise and the air conditioning was also quiet. Very good facilities and a nice shower and bath. Lovely food available via room service and in the restaurants.
The staff at the hotel were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well located for sightseeing and close to train and tube stations. The breakfast was also very tasty with lots of options for different kinds of food.
We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend it. If we are lucky enough to return to Tokyo in the future, we will certainly stay here again. "
"The location is in the midst of all the action- so if you are looking for something quiet and lowkey, this hotel isn't it. The room was clean and even though it was very small (typical for Tokyo hotel room haha)- they ensured it with stocked up with things we need (example: they were the only hotel we went to that provided water bottles! Its simple but really thoughtful).
It was nice to be a hop skip and a jump from all the action in Shinjuku! "
"Know what you let yourself into staying in this area ... one of the more prominent entertainment and red light districts. It's all safe, just noisy, rowdy, and full of touts."
