"Hotel very convenient to Term 5 via connector corridor. Offers day rates for long term layover onward connections at Heathrow. Has a decent bar, and very good breakfast options at the buffet. Reception staff very helpful, especially Shamin who was very friendly and efficient when she checked me in both times I stayed at the hotel on this trip. "

"The hotel is very conveniently located at Nene Road Bus stop. That makes going to and from Airport and Central London easy. Uber is also easily available. There is a 24 hour convenience store at the gas station next door. The hotel has a good bar and restaurant though I wish they increased more fresh food. Staff is exceptional and very helpful."
