"Second stay in 3 months, ideally located 200-300m from Queenstown waterfront attractions, overlooking the lake. Staff are awesome, rooftop bar is a great hub for a quiet drink or two. Rooms are immaculate and being updated. Highly recommend"

"Great little hotel ideally placed right next to the CBD. Clean, tidy and quiet. The rooms are a bit on the small side and the hotel lacks a few things like any form of cutlery, in-room tea / coffee making facilities but there is a handy vending machine located in the corridor just outside the rooms, so it's not too big a deal. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay."

"Great location - easy walk to town and the gardens, on the ski shuttle route, but out of the hustle and bustle of the CBD. Room was clean and had everything necessary. Staff was friendly and helpful. All in all an excellent place to stay. Highly recommend."

"Great location — only about a 10-minute walk from the centre of Queenstown, but far enough away to avoid the noise and crowds. We had beautiful views of the lake and mountains to wake up to each morning. There was plenty of room for a family, the beds were comfortable, and the heaters worked a treat to keep the apartment warm during winter. The fully equipped kitchen was also really handy. The staff were very friendly and helpful and were happy to assist with every request we had. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay with amazing views, and we would happily stay here again."

"Very clean, warm and quiet. Breakfast was great and location was good . Check in and check out procedures could be improved as this took a long time . Parking is charged at $15 per night which wasn’t mentioned in Expedia when booking hotel."
