"We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating making us feel welcome. The room was spotless, confortable and well -maintained. The service was outstanding and every request was handled promptly and professionally. The breakfast buffet was also nice and delicious with a great variety and quality. "The hotel facilities are outdated and poorly maintained. The carpet was extremely dirty and visibly damaged. There was also a noticeable buildup of dust on the airconditioning vents. The TV remote control barely worked. I booked this hotel because of its 8.8 rating on Expedia, but after checking in, I honestly can’t imagine how a hotel like this could receive such a high score. It has made me seriously question the credibility of Expedia’s ratings. There are many much better hotels nearby, and aside from being close to the subway, this hotel offers nothing of value."
