"Ok stay"

"Our stay wasn’t quite what we’d hoped, but it was really wonderful to have a place right on the beach for a decent price. Our kitchen was in pretty poor condition, but the rest of the space was relatively clean / in good shape. The tiki bar was out of food all week but the drinks & bar staff were great. The hot tub was down our whole stay and we didn’t have very pleasant experiences with the front desk staff, particularly in the evenings. After speaking with some other guests, it sounds like this experience is pretty typical. "

"We arrived at the Property 5 hours before checkin time. The office issued us a parking pass so we could walk around and see the local area. We returned at 4 pm to checkin and tbey informed us that our room wasnt quite ready. We went next door and got some dinner and returned at 5:50 and the room still wasn't ready. Had to sit the parking lot untill 7:30 before we got into our room. And of course the television didn't work. WHAT a way to start a vacation. The view of the Gulf was blocked by a Palm Tree. Room was in really rough shape mold in the bathroom floor, flooring was missing trim accents we were scared to walk in our bare feet. I wouldn't wish this stay on my worst enemy....Never again Expedia...."
