"Expedia nor the message from the hotel will tell you they charge $25 processing fee in addition to the required amount due to the resort. This was never explained in any of the documents or invoices and they would not refund the difference. Beware of these hidden charges"

"The pictures that were on the original booking were decieving. What i thought was a one bedroom condo was actually an efficiency condo. They only gave us 4 towels for EIGHT days and refused more. There is quarter laundry downstairs, the dryers half work. We would have to bring clothes back up and ..."
