"It looks impressive in the foyer but that's where it stops. I haven't seen a shower curtain in years. I have also not been asked to leave a lobby cafe with only one other patron because I didn't order. Just rude!"

The staff were fantastic and so helpful with me, as I needed to arrange delivery of some parcels to friends in other parts of China. 100% recommend this hotel."

"Room was spacious and clean, plenty of storage and area to work. The mattress was very firm but quite comfortable. There are electric blackout shades and screens, really versatile to enjoy the view or sleep. The bathroom is great for 2 people, provides privacy for shower and toilet. Breakfast restaurant is nice and cheerful, wide selection of foods. The lobby is off to one side and not really appealing to socialize. This hotel is in a very clean neighborhood full of shops and restaurants, excellent location for walking around. "
