"My stay has been amazing so far! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a very nice man at the counter. He spoke fantastic English which made the check in process very smooth. He also helped me add on two extra nights to my stay.
The room is top notch. So clean and up to date. Beautiful.
I enjoyed my two complimentary cocktails at the bar. The bartender was so nice and spoke great English as well.
Would love to stay here again!

"The Portman Ritz-Carlton Shanghai is located at the old French Concession, one of the city's most exclusive neighborhoods and also very convenient shopping district. Many restaurants and several shopping malls are steps away from the hotel. It's also very close to subway station. The property has an upscale appearance inside and out. Most staffs were pleasantly polite and helpful; room was clean and well equipped; breakfast buffet selection was quality and substantial. It'd be my first choice when I return to Shanghai next trip.
