"The property is located a few blocks from the beach and checked all of our boxes. The owners thought of everything and we honestly did not want to leave. The house was clean, efficient and provided a private resort vibe. 11 out 10!!"

"This property is nestled deep on the bayside of Sandestin. The golf cart makes moving all throughout the community SO easy. Plenty of privacy and great location. The bottom floor seemed to be updated recently, but the second floor doesn’t look to be updated at all. Besides the second floor needing a bit of TLC, everything else was great. The screened back porch was perfect for late night sitting and relaxing. The “fourth” bedroom is a bunk in the open loft area between the two upstairs...

"We loved the 1st floor indoor/outdoor kitchen, living room and gaming area with access to the pool, outdoor grill and beach, the home is beautiful and well equipped for a family with small and grown children and great beach access…our only issue was how crowded the beach was, when the signs say to the waters edge for this property, which is not enforced, everyone on the beach was extremely nice and very family friendly oriented, but I do like my space. Overall excellent home and location."

"Everything about the stay was great thanks to Julie and James. They messaged us to offer us early check in time. Then they welcomed us with a goodie bag with snacks and beach items for the kids. They have a closet of gamesand beach items to use. We had double red flags during the stay. But the owners had bikes and offered us fun things to do during the trip. We would stay here again."

"The best accommodations-so much room and well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and bedrooms. Makeup mirrors in every bathroom a big plus. The pool area is the best and everything needed for the beach- they know what you need for your stay and make it easy. Julie and Kyle were the best property managers!!! Replaced an outside TV that stopped working the same day we called them, above and beyond to make our stay the best! I would highly recommend. This property has it all and more!"
