Sha Tin is an urban, family-friendly neighbourhood with convenient options for restaurants. The neighbourhood's architecture, friendly people, and skyline are just some of its charming qualities. Sightseeing around Sha Tin

The museums and temples are some of the area's top attractions. Attractions like Hong Kong Heritage Museum, Tsang Tai Uk Village, and Museum of Ethnology highlight the local culture. Amah Rock, Ten Thousand Buddhas Monastery, and Tao Fung Shan Christian Centre are some of the notable landmarks. Getting around Sha Tin

To see the sights outside of town, hop aboard a train. Hong Kong Sha Tin Wai Station is the closet train station, but Hong Kong Sha Tin Station and Hong Kong City One Station are also nearby. If you want to explore what's across the water, take a ferry from the port.

Sha Tin is 27.7 km (17.2 miles) from the airport in Hong Kong (HKG-Hong Kong Intl.). Shenzhen (SZX-Shenzhen Intl.) is the next closest airport, 48.4 km (30.1 miles) away.
