El hotel es bueno, una excelente area de piscina, su staff de Lobby muy amables, excelente diseno interior, moderno. Solo sugeriria mejorar el buffet de desayuno, con jugo natural de naranja, ofrecer preparacion de cocina, que no se nos indico, la atencion en esa area me parecio poco amable.

Lads Weekend.
Hotel was clean throughout, rooms were spacious and comfortable and staff were helpful. Location was about 15 minutes walk from the main centre with a few local bars, restaurants and cafes near the hotel.

No perks
Not free water at rooms and no perks for late check out. We arrive at 7 pm at the check in for one night stay ask for a late check out and they say that late check out will be with a charge. We will stay less than 14 hours in the room. We book this hotel because it says that they have parking available and when we arrive at the property there is no parking available we had to leave the car sleeping in the street.

The best thing about the hotel was it's location. 10-15 minutes walk from the centre/cathedral, from Santa Justa and from Plaza de Espana.

Hotel is clean and staff are very friendly. Room was modern but lacked sufficient space for a suitcase (we only had one 24" which did not fit well on the space provided at the foot of the bed). Closet space was limited as well. Small pool, which may be ok for kids. It's a 15-20 minute walk to the center, which was fine for us. It was convenient for the train station, however we did take a taxi to the bus station. Breakfast was good! We would stay here again.

Would never stay here again
Very, very, very noisy. Walls are paper thin and you could hear every door slam and every person speak as if it was next door; unable to get a good night sleep. The A/C was running only in the lobby and rooms; the hallways and elevators were so hot and uncomfortable. Additionally, we had to go to the front desk every day of our stay to get our key card to work again. Last but not least, BEWARE we had our backpack stolen in the lobby by two guys, we are sure they must hang out there just waiting for an opportunity.

My room I stayed 13th night was ok . Complicated climate control remote controller in room 322 . Was no available english language tv channels . No smart tv , where you can watch your netflix or YouTube. Hotel design it is cool and unique 😎. Overall I was satisfied with my stay . Very central sevilla and you can almost see all city just walk around . Thank you 😊.

Refurbished hotel with no soul or staff to welcome guests or help with the guests luggages. The area around was a bit running down. The receptionist started to welcome us a bit indifferent, but impruved after we needed to change our rooms for four times in two hours, based in different issues.

Shower waste problems causing flooding to whole room
The shower waste was overflowing into bedroom and then corridor outside room. Didnt get settled into alternative room till midnight. Not happy. Took too long to resolve. Why doesnt this hotel have coffee in the morning in the room? No kettle no machine in the bedroom.

Séjour à Séville
Excellent hôtel. La piece est spavieuse rt tout est neuf. Il est à 30 min de plazza d'espagna. Il edt de style très moderne. Le personnel est accueillant et très courtois. La terrasse avec piscine, solarium et lieu de détente est agréable pour voir le coucher du soleil.

Brand new hotel, loved the architecture, room sightly small but fine for a few nights stay. Good choice at breakfast and the pool area looked clean. We got upgraded so our room had a door out into the atrium looking into the water feature on the ground floor.

Staff always attentive, we were welcomed by Noja, she and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. The only inconvenience was the air conditioner setting up at 23 degrees, we tried to decrease the temperature but it looks like it was settled to be like that. We reported to the front desk, they tried to fix it but it didn’t work. It happened to me, and two more people in different floors. In general this is a clean property with excellent staff!

Nice new hotel. Stayed 6 days. Large room and bathroom. Good breakfast options. The neighbourhood feels very local but only 10 minutes walk to city centre. Many local restaurants in the area. The only downsides are the grocery market are far away from this hotel. The other downside is large tour groups of tourists stay in this hotel as well. Otherwise good experience overall.

Seville near Santa Justa Train Station
Overall a pleasant stay. We had to change rooms very late on the first night because the air conditioning wasn’t working. The breakfast buffet is large but doesn’t have options for everyone. Location is very close to the main train station and cab rides to/from various places of interest are reasonably priced. I wish the refrigerator for the minibar was a little larger to accommodate drinks purchased elsewhere. The staff is friendly and helpful. The cab they called for us came very quickly.

This is a really nice property, exceptionally clean and maintained and well located to access any part of Seville. The rooms are very nice, and features like the rooftop pool and patio are very nice. I highly recommend this property.

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice. The staff is very nice and helpful when you have a question. The location is convenient and walking distance to sites. Good hotel. And Sevilla is a nice city with a lot to see and kind people.

This hotel is in an excellent location. The staff are all wonderful, unbelievably helpful. My room was very clean and very modern. Only one problem - the noise. At one side of the hotel, the rooms look on to a terrace where guests eat breakfast (early) and dinner (late) and the sound echos around the building. On the other side, there is a square and it is often filled with noisy schoolchildren. I have to say that none of that really bothered me but what did annoy me was the piped music which played all through the hotel. I even heard it in my room. It was the worst Muzak I have ever heard and it went on for hours. Such a shame because I did really enjoy my stay there.
