Appartement bien situé mais conditions d'accueil agence pas top

Dommage de passer par une agence car la réception des clés a été longue (prévue entre 16 et 18h) et contrairement à ce que l'agence nous a dit quand on s'est présenté, elle ne nous a pas prévenu par téléphone que les clés étaient dispo. On a pu accéder à notre logement qu'à 17h30. Sinon l'appart en lui meme est bien situé et fonctionnel.
