"We stayed at the Spazzio diRoma Hotel for just five nights, but it was an unforgettable experience. After a long journey, we arrived feeling exhausted, and the reception staff was incredibly attentive and kind, especially to my 70-year-old mother. I am Brazilian but live in the United States, and I love traveling around Brazil. "- Staff were very friendly.
- Breakfast and dinner that was included was nice, everything menu slightly changing was great.
- Pool would have been nicer if it was warmer.
- Collecting the scavenger (missao) hunt prize was not very clear so our son missed receiving his prize at the end of the trip (we were told to text on whatsapp but we found out the day we left that we had to collect at a different hotel)
- Sink area in the hotel room's bathroom sink had black gunk/mold around the back area of the faucet. I cleaned it myself since we were already unpacked with 5 people's luggage.
- ALL OTHER WERE AMAZING. "

"Pontos positivos: cama e sofá cama bonsPontos negativos: manutenção do apartamento ruim, não conseguimos resolver com o hotel porque, segundo eles, o apartamento não estava sob responsabilidade deles, a proprietária disse que não vê email no final de semana, mandei mensagem no sábado, domingo e segunda, respondeu na terça alegando isso. Tivemos problema com chuveiro entupido e queimado, pia vazando, descarga do banheiro suite vazando. O hotel se sensibilizou e colou um extensão velha, o resto ficou do mesmo jeito, considerando que a proprietária foi responder quando já estávamos indo embora. "
