"Staff doesn't stay here and customers have to call her through telephone for checking-in. It is difficult to use telephone for foreign traveler. The room and bathrooms are poor, different from photos, not clean, no TV, no window, many bugs."

"Great spacious, quiet room with lounge access which includes tea, coffee, snacks. The Grand restaurant was also excellent where I had 2 lunches & 1 breakfast. It is a convenient location to shopping & street food, which looked good but I did nit try since I don't like eating standing up. Will stay again for conenience. "
