"This reservation felt like a scam! The hotel used another hotel's facade for their website picture, the actual hotel looks underwhelming and not entirely what was advertised. Yes, renovated but to nothing like the photos uploaded on the website. We booked a family room expecting 3 individual beds on the floor for 3 adults but given a bunk bed! The toilet is bit problematic layout wise - no door separating shower and toilet, mirror too high only a giant can use it, the mattresses and sheets cheap, nothing like slippers, toothbrushes set on the day of arrival, we needed to ask them for it! Do not book the hotel if you were only drawn by the "renovated look" its not true at all! And yes hotel is next to an eatery. "

"The location is walkable to many eateries, the East Coast Beach and MRT station. The rooms looked even better than the pictures so I was pleasantly surprised. They have a steam iron which was excellent for business travellers. Breakfast selection was wide and varied. Perfect if you don’t mind staying in the Katong area, which can be further to Bugis and Gardens By The Bay and other city sights. "

Must name these three outstanding ladies :Yi Jie Chen , Kanchana & Yamunaa who went extra miles to assure our stay comfy and hassle free . Much appreciated . They are the huge asset to your hotel ."
