"We had a very pleasant stay. The accommodation was well-equipped with everything we needed. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. We felt truly welcomed and comfortable throughout our visit. Highly recommended!"
"The hotel has excellent facilities, it's based in a quiet location if you want a good sleep, the lifts and the air conditioning both work fine.
There are lots of shops, markets and eateries all around the hotel. The area also has a metro and a ferry port. "
"I travel frequently around the world for business and I must say that Gaia Suites Istanbul was one of the coziest, cleanest and most authentic hotels I've stayed at. The only challenge was the stairs and lack of an elevator to the lobby level (and from lobby level to the elevator level) but other than that, it was an excellent stay. Surprisingly quiet despite being in the heart of Besiktas. Highly recommended."

Seven Hills Hotel - Special Class
10/10 Excellent
"I had a truly enjoyable stay at Seven Hills. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and attentive service. A huge thank you to Sinan, Fatima, and the wonderful cleaning staff—each one of them went out of their way to make me feel welcome and cared for.
My room was spacious, spotless, and well air-conditioned, providing a cool and quiet retreat even in the heart of bustling Sultanahmet. Despite the lively surroundings, the hotel itself was peaceful and quiet, ideal for resting after a day of exploring.
The location is absolutely unbeatable—just a few steps from the Blue Mosque and within walking distance of all the major historic sites. For those arriving by car, don’t worry about parking—the concierge handled the on-site parking beautifully, making the process effortless.
The only downside during my stay was the unreliable internet connection, which frequently dropped and required repeated logins. This was a bit inconvenient, especially if you need consistent access.
That said, the overall experience at Seven Hills was fantastic. I would gladly stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul for the service, comfort, and unbeatable location."
"Excellent choice to discover the old part of Wuropean Istanbul. Staff are efficient and very friendly. Amenities are very good and views during breakfast on 6th floor are amazing. Highly recommended !!"
"We could not recommend the Pera Palace more. Helpful staff, great location, historic and beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Esma was a superb concierge. "
