Very pleasant stay

It was very clean and comfortable room..ANd very good location if you want to be close to Nisantasi and Besiktas. There was no iron in the room but they provide upon request.

Great spot to base yourself.

Hotel was just what we needed. Central , handy for public transport , close to the Bosphorus. Neighbourhood restaurants and shops nearby. Great bookshop/cafe a few doors away. Service in the hotel was excellent - very helpful desk staff , especially Seddam at night. Rooms spacious, air-conditioned with fridge , kettle etc.

The place was great and comfortable. I just do feel that there should be more lighting in the room. I wish we got a sea view room, that would have made things great. I also do feel that cleaning the room should be available 24 hours at the cost being charged per night. I also feel that unlimited water should also be provided to the guests like other hotels. Overall had a great time. The area is really nice. The rooms are spacious nd the cleanliness was good overall

Our bathtube was dirty with some kind of yellow water/juice. It was so bad that we felt like vomitting. After complaining about the condition we got a new room. On the next day the workers apologized and told us that they are investigating how it happened. They told us that they believe that we did it and told that us directly. That was a very provocative and unpolite. We would never ever go there again. We can't recommend this hotel at all.

Made me feel special

Hotel team was very careful and provided special attention to all my needs. The apartment is well equiped to longstay. Nice tube, eventhough the shower could be stronger and more volumous. Room windows can't avoid all external noise and smell. Someone around decided to smoke late at night and it's bad smell bothered my sleep almost every night. Breakfast was repetitive, but tasty and reached my gluten-free needs. Location is amazing. Not a common tourist area, so I could realize how's turkish not-for-tourist neighborhood, shops and restaurants. Bus and tram is close, cheap and easy to use. Special mention to Bariş's friendly and carefull availability.

Ich muss wirklich sagen, es war mit ABSTAND das beste Hotel, was ich jemals in Istanbul besucht hatte. Das Zimmer war extrem sauber, es wurde jeden Tag bis in die tiefste Ecke gereinigt. Die Betten wurden täglich frisch bezogen und eine kleine Küche war enthalten. Das Bad war extrem sauber! Das Personal war das freundlichste Personal und hat sich immer mit den Taxifahrern unterhalten und uns die besten Orte genannt, welche wir besucht haben. Das Hotel befand sich am Hang in einer wirklich sehr schönen und eher schickeren Gegen. Rundum sehr schöne Cafes, sehr gute Verkehrsanbindungen und zu Fuß 5 min bitten in Besiktas. Ich kann es wirklich jedem empfehlen!! Sehr gerne nochmals! Vielen Dank an das super Team!
