I travel frequently around the world for business and I must say that Gaia Suites Istanbul was one of the coziest, cleanest and most authentic hotels I've stayed at. The only challenge was the stairs and lack of an elevator to the lobby level (and from lobby level to the elevator level) but other than that, it was an excellent stay. Surprisingly quiet despite being in the heart of Besiktas. Highly recommended.

Rooms are spacious but entrance/exit to hotel is tight & claustrophobic. You need to use the winding stairs to reach Reception then take the elevator to the rooms. If you are a female solo traveler, don’t expect help from reception to carry your heavy luggage down or up those stairs. I stayed in a room with a window facing into a tight dark space (a dark garden?) within the hotel building structure, so I got very little sunlight into room. Again, it felt claustrophobic even though rooms were spacious. This hotel is good for those who are young, love drinking, want to be near the noisy bar action and hanging out in bars everynight.

This hotel is really good. Safe location, and a lot of transportation around, very clean, great room service, and most of people there are friendly. The only issue during my stay, I was suppose to work one day from the hotel and the internet kept going down. I spoke to the receptionist but they couldn’t really fix the issue. I had to use my hotspot most of the time. I am assuming from working in the IT industry, the router went bad. Other than that, everything we perfect and even the internet when stable it’s really fast, up to 300mb

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Die Zimmer, der Service und die Ausstattung waren top – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Einen kleinen Punktabzug gibt es lediglich für die Aussicht, die unseren Erwartungen nicht ganz entsprochen hat und für die schlechte Schallisolierung auf den Zimmern. Ansonsten war alles wirklich hervorragend!

Beşiktaş çarşıda ve mekanlara çok yakın olmasına rağmen odaya dışarıdan en ufak ses gelmedi. Kaldığım en iyi ses yalıtımına sahip otel. Ayrıca o kadar temiz ve ferah ki kendimizi evimizde hissettik. Oda kapısında alarm sistemi olması ve konumu da artı bir özellik. Tüm detaylar düşünülmüş, kesinlikle bundan sonraki her İstanbul seyahatimizde tercih edeceğiz.
