"This house looks just like its pictures. It’s the second year we stayed here for our annual reunion with our college friends. We have our reunion at a different house in the neighborhood so we mostly just sleep at the house. Our only complaint is that both of the king mattresses are rather lumpy. Overall this house is great for families :)"

"This is the perfect spot if you are planning to spend a night out on the town with your significant other, if you’re packing the whole family it is pretty loud after bedtime with the kids, the hosts did provide items to control the noise, but the bands at the bars and the motorcycles in town definitely roll into the night. Like I said, it’s a perfect spot for two but a tough one for the family with kids. Great hots and great location to downtown life."

"The place is nice and bright and very clean! It has a beautiful view of the Guadalupe River from the covered deck, which was our go-to place most of our time there. It would have been a bonus if it were screened in but overall the bugs weren't too much of an issue. There was plenty of wildlife on the river which we love. "The tiny house was just perfect for two old friends attending a nearby music festival. The house was clean and perfectly sized. The dining table turned out to be just the ticket for games when we weren’t at the festival. Dave graciously helped with a lockbox problem (totally my error). It was a good trip!"

The owner decided to do yard work when we were there. I said “thank you for letting us stay” and she turned with no response. They charged for towels that I don’t recall them becoming destroyed. "We stayed in this lovely house to visit family for the holiday. It had a quirky layout with plenty of space and nooks for people to hang out in. It was walking distance to everything we needed, like naeglin’s bakery. Only wish there were some extra warm blankets as New Braunfels gets chilly in November."

"The accommodations are perfect for a large group. We had several people who ranged in age from 20’s to 70’s and everyone had a blast!! This was a milestone birthday celebration and there was plenty to do for all. The property manager was very friendly and quickly responded to any and all communications. We did have to bring a charcoal bbq grill for our cookout because the rental only has a propane flat-top griddle but this is mentioned in the rental details so it was no surprise. Also mentioned...
