"The perfect location for a Sedona trip. We had two children 13 and 9. Booked a rim view amd it exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and the cleaning service took care of kitchenette. We were able to do the airport mesa hike from our room. The balcony was picture picture and we filled in the must sees with a jeep tour. Will be back! "

"This hotel is very well located in west Sedona, away from the traffic but close to major attractions, restaurants, and hiking areas. The pool area was clean and had tasteful and fun lounge furniture. The gym was well equipped, including 2 Pelotons, cardio and weights. There is even a meditation room with 2 massage chairs that were complementary. Very relaxing! The rooms are clean and appear to be recently renovated. Our balcony had a gorgeous view of coffee pot rock. The staff was courteous and gave us a soda cocktail upon checkin. I would absolutely stay here again. Great value. "

"The spa was fantastic! The facility had great amenities to keep the children occupied. The pool was warm, and the hot tub was spacious. We had a great time and will definitely be back!"

"Overall I think the property is average and offers a lot of false advertising. The pictures do not quite give you the real thing. The pool area needs a lot of love and is significantly smaller in person. Shadowland Bar was ok - and again the outside area is small and underwhelming. Our room was a good size and clean. Liked the fireplace. Balcony is very small with rusted furniture. The Starbucks coffee bar sounded good, but a scone was 10 bucks. The resort also made no note of renovations taking place…so our “mountain view” balcony consisted of a construction site complete with bulldozers and jackhammers. Had no other rooms available. Overpriced for what we had. I am certain there are other properties in Sedona that would be a better bang for your buck. Disappointed for we paid."

"Absolutely a magical stay at this beautiful resort. Staff was very friendly and the views were unbelievable. Lounging by the Duck Pond pool with a cocktail and an epic skyline view was the perfect way to spend the afternoon. My only regret is that we did not stay long enough to try any of the yoga or astrology classes offered. Our room was not cleaned in the over the course of our two night stay. Not sure if their policy is daily turndown service or if it was only by request. Would definitely stay again."
