"The room was very nice. I have stayed at this Inn in the past and it wasn't as nice. There were bug issues in the past. It was a relief to see the great shape the room was in. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The hot tub was a nice temperature. The pool was refreshing. Judi provided excellent service. She kept checking with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The room was well stocked for our stay. We never needed to ask for anything. Patricia provided us an excellent check out experience. We will definitely stay here again."

"Dear Corporate Team, I am writing to formally escalate concerns regarding a recent stay at your property. This is by far worst hotel I have stayed at and extremely disappointed. I have stayed at other properties and this was unacceptable. The in-room refrigerator malfunctioned and spoiled several food items. Night staff were professional and advised I could speak with management in the morning regarding compensation, including removal of my $30 parking fee. However, the daytime front desk response was dismissive and unprofessional. I was asked, “Did you turn the fridge up?” and overheard staff state refrigerators are intentionally turned down to conserve energy. Guests are not informed of this, nor should they be expected to manage equipment. No apology or meaningful resolution was offered, and the interaction suggested this is a known issue—raising safety concerns for guests storing medication such as insulin. As I left, I also overheard a staff member remark they were “not even a member,” further reflecting a lack of professionalism. I was told my parking fee would be refunded, but I have received no confirmation. As a physician who travels frequently, I have not experienced service handled this poorly. I request confirmation of the parking refund, reimbursement for spoiled food, and a full or substantial refund for the stay."

"Staying at Las Posados is a perfect choice! It is located in one of the three little hubs that come together to make Sedona. We immediately felt at home here and were comfortable the entire stay! The breakfast is to die for!! A cook to order chef with the omelette you will ever have! Rooms are super spacious and very clean, yes they do have some very minor wear and tear but nothing that is going to make or break your stay. Highly recommend staying at Las Posadas, it is the perfect retreat for your Sedona getaway!"

"Washing machine was awful. It made so much noise you couldn’t hear anything. Plus when it dried your clothes it was so hot it burnt my hand trying to remove the clothes. It ended up ruining 3 shirts. I reported it but it was never looked at. "

"The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. When we checked in, staff had a map of the area for us and pointed out places, restaurants, and sites that were noteworthy, and also upgraded our room for us, which was wonderful! That afforded us an incredible view of the red rocks in the area and was so awesome to look out our window and see. The room and hotel were all very clean, staff were very helpful, and the price was very reasonable for being a short drive away from Sedona. I highly recommend The Views Inn!"
