"Fabulous stay as always. This was our 5th stay at lakeside and we love the peace and relaxed luxury of the place. We took full advantage of the pool and surrounding facilities and I had the most amazing facial. Our room was upgraded to a suite which was a nice bonus and we had a fabulous sleep in a very comfy bed. Love it here, and we will return."

"Room was clean and tidy, heated to a pleasant temperature The staff were impeccable as in friendly and helpful even to the point of feeling familiar We can't fault anything. We will be back. However I did notice a few problems around the pool causes by moisture however I would never let that spoil my up most opinion of a great hotel but I know some folks will.
