"I had to clean the bathroom sink, wash coffee mugs and sweep an entire dustpan of sand off the floor. There was a keurig but no coffee (I asked for some and got some plus some old wine glasses I had to wash first) I didn't make coffee as there was nothing to put in it. Check in was weird because I guess he told me I'd only paid 30% so I paid 70 % more and was told to check my bank account to make sure. I will do that once I gave a secure connection. Comfy bed. Nice view. $242 a night for a very basic situation. So much potential for it to be nice though."

"Amazing unit. Huge very well equipped. Beautiful spot lovely pool hot tub. Very close to town. Walkable to groceries alcohol, pharmacy. Can’t wait to go back. This was our favourite spot in our 10 day road trip. Very reasonable too."

"This is a cozy and beautiful cabin in a quiet property. It had everything we need for the 2 nights we were there. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were spacious .It had a feeling of a home away from home. The host Cindy is very kind and friendly. They have 2 friendly dogs and a cute cat. We really loved our stay and hope that someday we can come back!"

"We had a wonderful stay at West Coast Wilderness Lodge. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking ocean view. Waking up to the beautiful scenery and enjoying breakfast overlooking the water made the experience truly special. The property is peaceful, well-maintained, and a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the Sunshine Coast. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Egmont! We would happily return."
