Featuring the perfect place to kick back, relax, grill, watch the game pool side! Our home features a HEATED and Screened pool with a soothing waterfall. The main house has a spacious King Master Suite with pool view/access and a private full bath. The twin guest room has it's own full bathroom. Off of the pool deck, enjoy our Private Cabana! The Cabana is a King Master Suite providing a full bath, coffee bar, and dedicated patio. Perfect for multi couple arrangements and/or extra guests.

We are taking extra precautions in our cleaning in keeping with the Covid guidelines. We have installed an Active Pure Air Scrubber removes or destroys up to 99% of all surface and airborne contaminants.

Guests agree to the following prior to booking:
-Cats are not allowed due to health hazards to the home owner.
-$100 per pet will need to be paid before check-in info and house access is granted. Non disclosure of pets will be considered a major house rule violation and will result in dismissal from the property.
-Guests are not permitted to exceed listed occupancy in accordance with local laws.
-Cars must be in driveway and cannot be parked in yard/street or at neighbors.
-Pets are not allowed on furniture and dropping must be cleaned from the yard.
-House trained dog/no cats.
-Smoking/Vaping is Only Allowed Outside and must be thrown away in the outdoor garbage cans.
-Quiet family neighborhood, no loud music/parties/large gatherings.
-Excessive trash/missed pickups will be $20 fee per occurrence
-No animals in pool, a fee of $75 will be charged if pet hair found in the filtration. Loss of use may result as well.
-No loud music, yelling, or fights/disputes.
-Linen must be used on the living room couch if used for sleeping.
-Guests are expected to clean up spills and keep rooms tidy. Floors should be mopped and swept if needed due to spills, foot tracks, or pets.
-Pool toys need to be kept out of the pool when not in use so it can be serviced weekly.
-Any and all damage needs to be reported immediately.
-Excessive cleanings or abuse due to spills or dishes/food will result in a minimum $250 fee.
-Guests will be asked to leave the residence for significant violations (in accordance with house, local, and state laws) and do so with the understanding they will not be refunded their deposit or any remaining nights on their reservation.
