"Clean functional room, staff were very helpful and breakfast was great with fresh porridge cooked 👏"

"Staying here was amazing. The room was just what I needed for my one night stay in Durham. The bus stop wasn’t far away and was very easy to get into the city center. I arrived a little bit early and they didn’t even flinch to get me into my room. Highly recommend!"

"Lovely stay, exceptionally clean, good location "

"Fantastic host. Great location. Cracking breakfast. Will certainly book again when in the area!"

"Budget hotel, but clean room, clean sheets and a walk in shower, great for an overnight stay. Free parking right outside, what more do you want?"

"Beach access very good and very close to shops and diners. The staff are very friendly and keep the rooms clean and tidy at all times"

"I like the location of the property as it faces the ocean giving you a serene view of nature in its gentle activity. The property is also homely and comfortable. Staff was good and friendly. The only disturbance was the subtle infiltration of ciggarette smokes from the the outside when window was open. I wouldn't know if other rooms were affected but mine was and it wasn't cool."

"Great overnight , staff extremely helpful , John was very attentive."
