"Our stay was horrible!! I will NEVER spend another penny at this place! The staff were very rude! The rooms had hair in the beds and wasn’t changed. Whenever we went to ask for new sheets the staff was rude and stated it was the hair from the cleaning staff cleaning the room. We rented 3 rooms and were asked for a $200 deposit because they believed we were going to destroy their rooms. There were guest with pets that didn’t have to pay a deposit but we were asked to pay one. Before we checked out they went and checked all the rooms before releasing the deposit. They didn’t do that for no other guest that checked out. I have never been treated like this ever in my life. The only reason we didn’t leave is because they wouldn’t give us a refund. If you are people of color, I would not stay here!!!"
