"The resort itself was really nice. It's on the older side. The rooms need to be remodeled. The rooms aren't very sound proof. But they were clean and comfortable. Ocean access was perect. Ocean Annie's, River City Cafe, and Sandals Lounge were all great!!"

"Check in was very efficient - Pool area was great for adults and children. Indoor pool clean. We have room service handle Dinner which was extremely delicious and hot, prices very reasonable. Breakfast was good too, and granddaughter 12 and no charge, that was a good deal. Will def. Stay here again. "

"The room was nasty. The tile floor was sticky. The bedding had stains all over it, some looked like blood other stains looked like makeup which makes me think the bedding was not recent cleaned. There was hair on the sheets and pillows. We purchased our own pillows and sheets and blankets to cover the bedding supplied. The cabinets in the kitchen area were falling off. the bedroom closet door was falling off the hinge. The bathroom door couldn’t close bc it was falling off. The shower was dirty and so was the shower curtain. The sofa and chair were stained and we used a towel to sit on. There were holes in the wall at the entrance and not weather stripping at the bottom of the door allow bugs and heat to come into the room. There was damaged areas around the hot tub. The refrigerator was not clean along with the cups and plates provided. The drapery was shredded and discolored and nasty. The porch furniture was sticky and nasty to the touch. Overall the room was disappointing. You should have more accountability for the cleaning crew. "

"We booked this property expecting a basic 3-star standard based on the listing, photos, and description. Unfortunately, the actual experience was completely different. We checked into Room 303 on March 30, 2026, in what appears to be the older building, and the condition was unacceptable. The room had a strong musty smell, stained carpets, and felt generally dirty and poorly maintained. The bathroom was visibly unclean and outdated, which made it uncomfortable to use. The parking situation is disorganized and insufficient, adding to the frustration right from arrival. More importantly, the overall environment did not feel family-friendly or comfortable, which was a major concern for us traveling with a child. We made the decision to leave immediately after check-in, even though it meant losing one night’s payment. That’s how far the reality was from what was advertised. This property does not meet the expectations of a 3-star hotel. The listing and photos are misleading and do not reflect the current condition — especially in the older building. Tip for future travelers: Ask specifically which building your room will be in, check recent reviews mentioning cleanliness, and book a refundable rate if possible."

"Could have been a lot better. Way overpriced for the service you get. No house keeping unless you ask for it and then they add an extra charge. When we left we had to take our trash out to the trash bin on the floor we were staying on. Last night was bad. The people in the the room next to us were extremely loud. Yelling and cussing at kids and each other and vice versa for almost 3 hours. Will not stay there again! "
