"Nice clean hotel. Nice pools. Funny policies on debit/credit card. They would not allow my wife (who was with me and had her ID) pay the resort fees of on her card. This led to overly complicated check-in and might prevent us from staying in the future. We have never had this problem with Ocean Reef down the street. Also, someone kept ding dong ditching our door in the middle of the night. Security being more present would have prevented this Overall not a horrible stay but probably wouldn't return to this location "

"The property was under renovations so there were a lot of areas that were closed off and the noise from the crew working started early in the morning and went all day pretty much. One of the restaurants never opened during my 4 days there. The mattresses in our unit were also very old and uncomfortable"
