"The room and staff were tremendous! I felt right at home. Room was super clean, and the amenities were appreciated. With it being off season, the room which looked onto the main walkway was quiet. In peak times I would ask for a room facing the other way. Highly recommend!"

"We had a great stay in the end. After having a few problems with the room and being admittedly too defensive and grumpy upon complaining, the day manager Pragya was able to get our problems solved and we had a great remainder of our stay. She had such a great demeanour and was able to diffuse the situation with ease and make it right. This place is having some problems with the elevator but our room was so cozy with the fireplace and the view that we hardly noticed because we didn’t come and go that much. They obviously put in the extra effort to make sure the rooms are clean and guests are comfortable. We were surprised at the quality of the sheets and the bed, and the extra cozy throw blankets and pillows. The breakfast was also notably great. "

"I was there to relax, write, exercise and walk - and the hotel fit all those needs. The proximity to restaurants and trails, and the availability of the gym, made my stay a pleasant one."

"Check in was seamless, and the person working the desk was friendly and gave great directions to the parking garage. The parking was expensive so be mindful, $32 per night, but it was secure behind a gate opened by our room card. Our room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The hotel was located right in the village so we were able to walk everywhere."
