We love our stay in Mountain Shadows Resort Scottsdale, We had great dinner there, the staff especially the people helping us parking. Front desk is friendly too! We hope coming back next time here.

Pool furniture is a little worn

Friendly staff, convenient location surrounded by museums, galleries, small shops. The room has modern comfortable furniture, really pleasant. In room Nespresso coffee machine and free coffee capsules. Two restaurants, good food. The rooftop restaurant is mostly open terrace, exposed to the sun, which makes the dinner at 40 degrees Celsius unpleasant experience. Dinner menu has only few options. There is also a rooftop pool. I just returned from staying at this resort and spa for a week. It had a gorgeous view of the mountains, and the grounds had beautiful landscaping. Though I have heard that the room experience is a little all over the place, mine was perfect, a mountain view suite that was an end unit (perhaps this made a difference?) and just far enough from the restaurant and pool to feel truly secluded. I didn't make use of the spa while here, but I did use the fitness center, and it was quite well-appointed...

Great stop after a long days driving. The pool was an added bonus. Reserve a table out on the patio for dinner at Virtu... Amazing food. We had a lovely welcome from Kate and would come back again.

Stay here when visiting Phoenix and have zero regrets

Lives up to Four Seasons 5 Star standard, beautiful location and amazing landscaping (real desert feel), All dealings with staff were excellent, could not fault. Room was spacious and very clean and spacious and had a real luxury feel. Resort is huge and some rooms you cannot park at and you need to walk or get a lift on the golf cart, we were lucky and got a room with parking at door which is convenient. Wonderful pool area. Would go back again if in the area.

I love these hotels for the cleanliness & comfort of the beds.Oh and I love the modern design. Although I would stay on a higher floor because I heard people walking above me when was trying to sleep. I will be looking for an Element to stay at on my next trip❤️

We had a terrific stay with our family of 3 children. It was peaceful at night, relaxing by the day and the food was exceptional.
