"The on-site "restaurant" is NOT up to the standards of the other facilities. Staff was excellent and responsive. The toiletries were NOT refreshed before I checked in and the last time I took a shower [second time in two days] the body wash container was empty!"

"Everything was perfect. Great friendly checkin. When it was time to check out, that’s the issue I had. It was 9:48 am. The cleaning lady knocked on my door. I told her I needed more time. She glared at me and said to me rudely, “how much time ?” I told her 10 minutes. Such a terrible attitude."

"An Absolutely Beautiful Experience at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess! What an incredible experience! From the breathtaking property to the exceptional hospitality, the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess truly exceeded our expectations. Our accommodations in the Privado Premier Suite were absolutely stunning! Every detail was thoughtfully designed, creating an atmosphere of warmth, elegance, and luxury. It was genuinely one of the most beautiful hotel accommodations I’ve ever experienced. We also had the pleasure of enjoying the Fairmont Gold Lounge, which was such a wonderful addition to our stay. The delicious refreshments, inviting atmosphere, and thoughtful amenities made the experience feel even more special. What impressed me most, however, was the staff. Everyone we encountered was incredibly kind, attentive, professional, and welcoming. Their dedication to providing exceptional service did not go unnoticed, and they truly made our family feel valued. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, the atmosphere is peaceful and luxurious, and the attention to detail throughout the resort is remarkable. The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is a beautiful property, but it’s the people who make it extraordinary. Thank you for such a memorable experience. We will cherish the memories we made here and would absolutely love to return! ❤️"
