Not much personality, and the spa, although nice, is just too small for that many people, with no towels!!!! You have to take the one towel per person they give you in the room. "Beautifully renovated and modern room, conveniently located near the station. Enjoy stunning balcony views of the surrounding mountains and lakes. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast offers a wonderful variety with a cozy, farmhouse atmosphere. The food is delicious, the coffee selection excellent, and while check-in is self-service, the team on-site is warm and attentive throughout your stay. Loved our stay, would definitely comeback. "
