Nice place

Nice neighborhood room nice place for children super breakfast was good. The only thing is the owner was standing by us all the time at breakfast it was a bit embarrassing

The room is very small for 4 adults. The breakfast is very limited. The area is dark and far from any restaurants and transportation.

Stay away!

If you’re a family, I recommend you stay away from this place. This is bed and breakfast suitable for single person or a couple who are interested in hiking. The host person is generally nice but speaks no English whatsoever and it’s very difficult to communicate with him. The place is difficult to get to and if you have a car is very narrow entry for parking. The bathroom is almost a closet’s room, with the showerhead extending almost over the basin and you will hit your head against the mirror while trying to sit on the toilet (I’m not even that tall). There is no extractor fan hence the smell was spreading into the room. There is a bathroom window which is high up they and if kept open you would be infested by mosquitoes in the summer. The furniture is old and dated. Breakfast provided was laughable with very limited options and you’d rather get sales own from the supermarket. I guess one could say that one positive thing is the Aircondition unit in the room. You will find way better accommodation closer to Florence with better facilities and even cheaper price. I left after one night. Hotels.com, we were very helpful in getting some refund which was initially refused by the host.

El propietario es un mentiroso, fue Hotel hace algunos años ,nos dio un cuartito afuera de una casa por la habitacion cuadruple que pagamos , eramos 3 adultos un adolescente de 15 años , le dijimos que queriamos la habitacion tal como la reserva , pero nos dijo que las fotos de expedia son genericas , que no son lo que el ofrece, que ese era el dormitorio como era de noche nos tuvimos que quedar , al dia siguiente me fui a otro hotel, respecto al desayuno es mentira tambien , la propiedad esta cerrada y el te quiere atender en una esquina de la casa

I gestori sono molto gentili ed accoglienti, la struttura è fuori dal centro, silenziosa ma comunque molto vicina alla tramvia che porta a Firenze, un ottimo compromesso. Lo consigliamo.

Ha sido fatal,primero me han cambiado la reserva de dia sin mi consentimiento y luego me la han cancelado un dia antes sin una explicacion adecuada .El dueño no hablaba español pero tampoco se esforzaba por dar una explicacion ..canceló sin mas por telefono porque yo llamé y luego sin escucharme me colgó directamente
