"I cant find anything less to say for this hotel, superb from the check in to the checking out. 1. convenience store at the lobby 2. clean room and linen with "kimono" robe in style 3. toiletries (all ready for you) 4. shuttle service 5. friendly staff ...too comfy in bed to have bfast, but my brother said it was delish. definitely worth coming back. "

"There was a convenience store inside the hotel which was very convenient, however we were disappointed that there were only a few items on offer when we arrived late at night. As it is a large hotel, it would have been more convenient if there was a slightly larger convenience store or supermarket. Other than that, it was a very clean and nice hotel close to the airport."

"Hotel is in a quiet location. About 10mins to narita airport and aeon mall. Restaurant and mini mart inside the hotel. Laundry available in B1, dryer could be better. Overall nice hotel to stay👍"
