"This hotel was a fantastic stay from start to finish. The location was excellent — close to everything worth seeing in Matsumoto, making it easy to explore on foot. Staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready with recommendations or assistance whenever needed. A huge bonus: both breakfast and dinner were included, and the quality made it feel like real added value rather than an afterthought.
