The house is in a quiet location near the forest on the property of the landlord. Good starting point for hiking and cycling in the national park Jasmund. Distance to the sandy beach 6 km, to the ferry port 4 km, to the train station / public transport 1 km, shopping facilities nearby. Sassnitz is a "state-approved resort" and therefore Kurabgabepflichtig.

The house is located on the garden plot of the landlord at the edge of the forest of Stubnitz. It is 48 m² in size and offers a wonderful view over the city of Sassnitz and the Baltic Sea. The house has 2 bedrooms. This is the first Floor. The first bedroom is a connecting room and has a double bed. The back bedroom is equipped with 2 chairs. On the ground floor of the living room is accommodated with an open kitchen. In dem gemütlichen kleinen Haus fehlt es an nichts. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Absolutes Highlight ist der Blick auf das Meer bei Tag und Nacht.
