"I didn't realize how much of a maze the hotel is, or the long hallways and lack of elevators (one elevator way across the hotel from where you need to go). My dad has vertigo and Parkinson's and is unable to walk long distances. It took him and mom ages to find their room because they had to not only try and find their room on the 2nd floor but stop every now and then in order to catch his breath. It would have been easier if there were more elevators. So, I found the hotel not very accessible....
